What we do
The Solfire Consulting Group has been practicing organizational consulting with an emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion since 2004. Our philosophy is that marginalized groups are often underutilized and not as fully included in the organization's operations as they could be. We pay attention to current strengths and resources available to promote change as well as conducting assessments to determine opportunities for further development.
In robust partnership with our clients, we practice inclusive leadership and collaboration to have authentic relationships that build on strengths and eliminate barriers to the full participation of all groups and individuals. We customize our approach to each client situation and practice creating emergent strategies that are engaging, timely and actionable. With our broad experience across sectors and industries, we bring best practices to each organization as we develop their capacities to fully engage all key stakeholders.
